Sefer delivers across Addis Ababa and to other regions of Ethiopia, depending on seller coverage. You will see the options available for your address at checkout.
Sellers prepare your items once payment is confirmed. Delivery within Addis Ababa typically takes 2-5 business days; other regions may take a little longer.
Fees are calculated at checkout from the delivery option and your destination. Orders over Br 10,000 qualify for free delivery when the option is available.
If your cart has items from different sellers, checkout still shows one delivery choice for the order. Sefer collects from each seller for you, so your payment and confirmation stay simple.
Where cash on delivery is available, you can pay when your order arrives. The available payment options show at checkout.
Follow your order from your account as sellers prepare your items and Sefer brings them to you.
